What do you need?

👉 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon - Great spice when controlling sleep deprivation and disorder.

Preparations:
Put a cup of water to boil, when it is boiling, wash your banana and without peeling, cut into two halves having removes both its end and put in the boiling water. Cool in the boiling water for 5mins on low heat. Bring down and allow to cool.
Strain the tea, add the cinnamon, stir and drink.
Drink this an hour before bedtime.
