In our previous lesson on how to calculate your ovulation,it was clearly stated that before you are able to calculate your ovulation days correctly, you must know your circle lenght. for example,my circle length is 28 days,now to know my ovulation day,I will start counting from the day my menses started till the 14th day,the 14th day is the day am expected to see my ovulation .My fertile days starts from the 12th day, till the 14th.
NOW LETS LOOK AT THE OVULATION STAGES:
Some days after your menses,you will start to see some discharge which shows that you are getting close to your ovulation day,now follow the picture chat for clarity.
