Why do I free bleed?⁣

Free bleeding is when you don't use any menstrual cycle products and allow your period to flow naturally. :
Free bleeding has been around for centuries but there are a lot of misconceptions about free bleeding. Free bleeding doesn’t mean you bleed all over your clothes. Free bleeding is all about controlling your uterus. It takes about 6 months to a year to train your uterus to do this. :

I have been free bleeding for a year and a half. When I free bleed I feel a lot of pressure in my uterus, this my body telling me to use the toilet to release the blood and energy from my uterus. Majority of my blood goes into the toilet and when I do wear my cloth pad only have to change it every 12 hours. When I go to bed I put a towel on my bed sheets and it flow naturally (I sleep naked so my Yoni can breath).

I don't have any fear against my moon cycle or blood anymore. I have been bleeding ever since I was 9 years old and I used to hate getting blood on my clothes and undies but I have a better outlook about my period and I celebrate my moon cycle every month. ⁣

My menstrual cycle is painless and light, period blood looks like strawberry jam (this means that my uterus is working properly) and my period only last 3 to 4 days. ⁣

Before doing free bleeding I would bleed brown blood for the first couple of hours. Brown blood is associated with old blood. Most Gynecologists indicate that brown blood is completely normal and they state that women shouldn’t be concerned. I have to debunk their claims. Brown blood is very alarming to me. When you experience brown blood this indicates your body is having a really hard time getting rid of the old uterine lining. This is why a lot of women experience painful period cramps because their lining doesn’t shed easily on its own leaving their uterus wall to contract and spams to help shake it loose. On a spiritual level, this means that we still have trapped energy left over from our last period, which isn’t healthy to have. Our moon cycle is all about releasing energy and blood from that month. You only should be seeing brown blood on the 2nd or last day of your menstrual cycle. 💖🌸
