GAIN WEIGHT NATURALLY
This combo will help you gain weight at the right places eg. Breast, hip and ass.
Ingredients
1 banana/ripe avacado pear
1 boiled egg
1 small coconut
1 glass of milk
Method
First grate the coconut and extract the milk then set it aside.
1. Get your banana or pear, peel and put in your blender.
2. Add your egg to it
3. Add your fresh coconut milk to it
4. Add your milk to it and blend all together to form a smoothie.
Transfer into a glass cup and drink.
You will do this 3times a week for one month and you will start seeing changes.
You must finish it same day.
It can easily go rancid so don't store it.
